Introduction

Welcome to our website. HireBus only provides a technology platform that connects intending travellers with tourist bus operators to hire an entire vehicle. It doesn’t operate any vehicles or offer the service of transportation to the user. Instead, fulfilment of these bookings is done by operators who are empaneled with HireBus. HireBus also does not act as an agent of any bus operator in the process of providing the above-mentioned technology platform services.

The term 'HireBus' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the hirebus.in. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Role of HireBus

HireBus is a technology platform that connects Group travelers with tourist bus operators to rent an entire vehicle. It does not operate any vehicles or offer transportation services to the user. Instead, these bookings are fulfilled by operators who are associated with HireBus. The vehicle booking details provided or updated by the vehicle operator are the only ones HireBus issues to a user. The amenities, services, rates, routes, schedule, vehicle type, and any other data about the transportation service are provided by the respective vehicle operator, and HireBus has no control over the information provided by the operator or its fulfilment.

Limitation of Liability of HireBus

HireBus, in its role as a technology platform that facilitates transactions between vehicle operators and users, will not be held liable for a service provider's failure to provide the user with a specific vehicle, the standard of service, any inadequacy in the services, or any other service-related issues, including, but not limited to the following:

• Bus departure or arrival on time;
• The behavior and appearance of the operator's employees, representatives, or agents;
• The Bus's, seats, etc., condition not meeting the customer's expectations or the description provided by the operator;
• There were no amenities or a welcome kit as described throughout the booking process;
• Trip cancellation by the Bus operator for any reason;
• Loss or damage to the customer's luggage;
• The vehicle operator transports the user from the designated boarding point to the actual point of departure using a separate pick-up vehicle.

In cases of unavailability of the hired vehicle or where the vehicle breaks down during the journey, HireBus may reach out to the concerned service provider to make arrangements for an alternate vehicle of a similar standard. Users may reach out to support@hirebus.in for any assistance. It is the sole responsibility of the vehicle operator to obtain all necessary licenses, permits, and so on to complete the booked travel. HireBus will not be liable in any way if a booking is canceled due to the vehicle operator's lack of necessary licenses or permits.

Responsibilities of the users

Users are advised to call the Bus operator to find out the exact boarding point or any information they may need for the purpose of boarding or traveling on that trip. At the time of boarding the bus, users shall furnish a copy of the confirmation booking voucher and any valid identity proof issued by a government authority. Users are advised to check the booking confirmation SMS or email and re-initiate a booking in case of incorrect details immediately. Any loss, consequences, and damages for any delay that may be caused to the user due to this shall be borne by the user.

Cancellation of Booking

Cancellation of bookings can be done either through the User’s login in the HireBus’s website or mobile application, or by calling on the customer care number. Any cancellation is subject to such cancellation charges as mentioned on the booking details.
